Jennifer Millspaugh
Jennifer Millspaugh is a business development specialist with a background in research, entrepreneurship and branded content. She works across the innovation economy from finance to fashion. She is the Senior Sales Enablement Content Lead for Silicon Valley Bank. Jennifer is a US State Department mentor and invited speaker as part of the German Marshall Fund's YTILI European program, as well as the YLAI South American and the YALI African initiatives serving promising entrepreneurs from each continent. She holds a PhD in entrepreneurship and internationalization from the University of the Arts London, and is the founder of Aesthetic Ventures, a venture production consultancy, and the Austin Fashion Initiative, a social impact organization launched to enhance Austin's fashion ecosystem. She serves on the Independent Fashion Advisory Board (IFAB), an international network of professionals connected through a shared interest in fashion, retail and creative technology. Jennifer has served as a visiting scholar for Texas State, an entrepreneur-in-residence for G51, spoken at TEDx, and is an enthusiastic volunteer with Ballet Austin Guild. Her unique background and work experience has led her to recognize the importance entrepreneurship and innovation holds for our economy and humanity, and how financial resources can open up access to this dynamic, complex and creative ecosystem.
