Abdallah Mahmoud
Abdallah Mahmoud is the Emerging Markets Program Specialist with the City of Austin’s
Economic Development Department. Prior to joining the City of Austin, Abdallah co-founded
one of the first online tutoring platforms in the Middle East and Africa in 2016. Abdallah has
over 10 years of professional experience working on public/private partnership projects and local development programs in Jordan.
