Paco Raterta grew up in a small fisherman town in the Philippines, won a scholarship at the International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu, after which he followed a career in editing, working on commercials. This is since blossomed into him director an array of awesome ads and music videos alike, just like this one you're about to watch.
