By focusing on linking experience and capabilities, she assists her clients in generating opportunities for more healthful and inspiring work focused on sustainability as well as the bottom line.

Shellise is also the Co-CEO of Synergy Sesh, the leading Learning & Development company catalyzing positive social impact and upward mobility for entrepreneurs, businesses, and the previously incarcerated through facilitating professional and business development initiatives.
