Anthony Bender

Tony has over 30 years of IT leadership experience working within the manufacturing and consumer products industries and is a serial-CIO with five global CIO appointments spanning over 20 years with multi-billion dollar public and private companies. In addition to IT, Tony has lead Global Business Services, including Indirect Procurement and Human Resources. Tony has been involved with over twenty M&A transactions, including: acquisition due diligence, acquisition integration, divestitures and splitting global companies into equal parts. Also, he has lead several enterprise wide transformation programs with significant cost take-out targets.
