Radhika Bhatt

Radhika Bhatt is an experienced technologist who has worked as a front end developer, UX designer, service designer, and program manager across various Federal agencies. Currently as Program Director at the Census Open Innovation Labs, she runs The Opportunity Project (TOP) which is a Federal tech accelerator program which facilitates the creation of tech products that use open data for good. Tech companies, universities, startups, and other organizations have gotten involved in TOP over the past 4 years and have created over 100 digital products that help solve a variety of challenges related to the opioids crisis, youth homelessness, digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, and many more. Additionally, Radhika is heavily involved in various design communities and mentors those interested in breaking to the tech field into roles like engineering and UX design.
