Shao Chee Sim
Shao-Chee Sim, PhD is the Episcopal Health Foundation's Vice President for Research and Evaluation. He leads the research and evaluation division by providing timely and relevant health data, research, training and technical assistance to grantees, congregations and communities. Current priority areas include MCO SDOH strategies, community health collaborative, social determinants of health screening instruments, community resource platforms, health center payment reform, rural healthcare service delivery research and annual Texas health policy survey.
He currently serves on the advisory committee of the Center for Community Engaged Translational Research at UT MD Anderson Center and the Asian American Policy Review at Harvard’s JFK School of Government. Dr. Sim earned his Master's degree in public administration from the JFK School of Government at Harvard University and a doctorate in public policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
