Mycal has applied his passion for research, problem framing, and storytelling as either an internal champion or external consultant for close to fifteen years. Working across nine product categories, he’s witnessed how reframing an existing opportunity in an authentic and innovative way can pave a path for new strategic decisions, service offerings, and award-winning products.
Over this time, he’s had the fortune to work with remarkable teams across the following brands; Allstate, Baxter Healthcare, Change Healthcare, Costco, Daimler, Dell / EMC, eBay, Ford Motors, Experian, Friedrich Air Conditioners, Greenway Healthcare, Kirkland Signature, Lexmark, Mead Johnson, Mercedes Benz, Nike, New York Life, On Deck Loans, Proctor & Gamble, Redbox, Samsung, SC Johnson, T-Mobile, and TiVo. Mycal also teaches user experience design workshops at General Assembly.
