Curtis is the Brand Building Social Strategy Lead for the Kroger Company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, he drives the strategic direction for the overall social program at Kroger to ensure it delivers against key business and consumer objectives, connects with the overall Marketing Plan/key campaigns, and grows brand equity.

Curtis has nearly two decades of combined experience in marketing, communications and digital strategy. He is a highly regarded brand strategist and social media expert who has led the social engagement efforts for a range of organizations including Southwest Airlines, The American Red Cross and The Society of Human Resource
Management (SHRM). His expertise has been featured in a range of media outlets including: Forbes.com, The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC.com, TheNextWeb.com, and Mashable.com.
Curtis serves on the Advisory Board of the Smithsonian’s Anacostia Community Museum and the Mayor’s Smart City Tech Task Force in Seat Pleasant Maryland.
