Caren Kelleher
Caren is the founder and CEO of Gold Rush Vinyl in Austin, Texas, named one of the "Most Innovative Companies of 2020" by Fast Company. Before starting Gold Rush Vinyl, Caren was Head of Music App Partnerships at Google, where she managed Google Play's relationship with top developers like Spotify, Pandora and Shazam. She was originally recruited to Google to launch Google Music and its programs for independent musicians, after leading business development efforts at Songkick and Paste. Caren holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is proud to serve as a governor of The Recording Academy's Texas chapter. She was recently named to Forbes Next 1000 list of "upstart entrepreneurs redefining the American dream" and is committed to helping more women succeed in the music industry.
