Joyce Gioia

Joyce Gioia [joy-yah] is a Business Futurist concentrating on how delivering positive experiences will affect our future. She is the author of the weekly Herman Trend Alert---read by over 30,000 people worldwide. Her new book (her sixth), Experience Rules, will be out in March. Joyce is CEO of The Herman Group, a firm serving a wide range of corporate, trade association, and governmental clients on an international basis. Through consulting, speaking, and training, Joyce has served clients like Viking Cruises, American Honda, and SAP on seven continents, in 47 states, and even on the Seven Seas. Often quoted in the national US media, including TIME and INDUSTRY WEEK, in 2013, Joyce was named USA TODAY’s First Road Warrior of the Year. In 2020, she was named to the Consulting Hall of Fame. She has appeared on national and local TV over 70 times in the US, New Zealand, and Ghana. Joyce delivered her first TEDx Talk in New Zealand in 2018.
