Rebecca Sherer

Rebecca Sherer is a business leader with over 20 years of experience. Her career has been about equally divided between business strategy and leadership & organizational development. Since joining Google in early 2014, she has served in a variety of leadership roles related to the development of senior executives and the organizations they lead. She is also active in the efforts to promote gender inclusiveness at Google. Before joining Google, Rebecca spent 12+ years at Bain & Company, leading teams in both Amsterdam and New York. Rebecca currently lives in Oakland, CA with her husband, 2 girls (1 trans, 1 cis) and their unruly collection of art supplies and musical instruments.
