Gareth Cook is a Pulitzer Prize-winning magazine journalist and a contributing writer to The New York Times Magazine. His writing has also appeared in NewYorker.com, The New York Times Book Review, Wired, Scientific American, the Washington Monthly, and the Boston Globe Ideas section. In 2005, Gareth was awarded a Pulitzer Prize for “explaining, with clarity and humanity, the complex scientific and ethical dimensions of stem cell research.” Gareth graduated from Brown University with degrees in International Relations and Mathematical Physics.
