Chris Thurling
Chris Thurling was among the early Internet pioneers in the UK, founding a successful boutique web design agency – 3Sixty – in the mid-1990s. 3Sixty’s clients included Renault F1, Microsoft, Deutsche Bahn and GSK. After 17 years at the helm, Chris moved on to re-train as an executive coach and mentor. He went on to found a small strategic consulting practice, working as an adviser or non-executive director to creative and digital businesses until 2017 when he was part of a management buyout of CRM specialists, Armadillo. Chris took over as Executive Chairman, a role he combines with Chairing Bristol Media, the 550 strong membership organisation that champions the creative industries in the region.
Chris studied History and Politics at Warwick University and holds a Master’s degree in Politics from the University of Bristol.
