Megan Gawlik serves as Manager, Digital Strategy, for the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Technology & Digital organization. In this role, she co-leads the Digital Strategy Integration team, responsible for maximizing business impact by driving strategic alignment and future strategy across digital products and locations.
Megan’s previous focus areas include user experience, information architecture, and bringing new technologies to life through research and innovation platforms. In these capacities, she developed a secondary research and competitive intelligence unit to lead research initiatives into building new employee innovation platforms, identified key trends and opportunities to drive product strategy, and led emerging technology and line of business digital research initiatives.
Megan holds a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of California – Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in English / film studies from Michigan State University.
