I'm researching how virtual nature experiences might impact health and wellbeing. My current focus is on the therapeutic potential of nature-based sounds, with applications for stress reduction in a number of settings. I'm funded by the Wellcome Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health and based at the University of Exeter, UK.
