Jeffry Graham is not your average private equity CEO. Growing up as a kid in Southern California, he didn’t attend an Ivy League college or come from a financial background. He was just a motocross kid from California that made it to the pro ranks. Once that dream came to a sudden end he had gotten into sales, worked hard to excel, and eventually taught himself the skills and the knowledge required for him to reach his current position. He started and sold his first company in 2011. He then started his consulting firm at 30 years old. He has risen from the bottom to the top and still aggressively climbing.
