She has written about the influenceof French winemaking on sake brewers for Air Canada’s enRoute magazine,and on sake-making innovators who are keeping traditional methods alive for Gestalten’s forthcoming book, New Traditions. She has reported onwomen master brewers, U.S. sake brewers, and the rise of sake culture in NewYork City.
