Aimee Beren began her career on an artist front. Having come from a musical family, the Arizona native began as a touring musician at the age of fifteen. When her band sparked interest from Columbia Records at age 17, Beren quickly realized her knowledge of the music industry was lacking, at which she began to focus on the inner workings of the business side and never turned back. Starting in radio for Riviera Broadcasting Group, Beren quickly rose from an intern to the Promotions Coordinator for CBS Radio Phoenix by the age of 19 in early 2008. Eager to expand her knowledge beyond a regional level, she set her sights on Los Angeles. In 2010, Beren would make a short stop in San Diego, proving beneficial later in her career, as her introduction to players in the EDM scene began before the genre rose to the mainstream. She continued radio work for CBS Radio San Diego as a Promotions Lead and executing commercial spots, before diving into the world of touring in LA. In 2013, Beren quickly landed a job as a Production Assistant, or Runner, for AEG Live, with her home bases being Microsoft Theater and the Staples Center. This work would lead to her working tours with Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, and more. On the path of Tour Management, Beren re-shifted her focus to an avenue that allowed for less travel. After nearly 300+ application submissions to concert promotion giant Live Nation, a receptionist position proved her only in. Her lack in degree had made the journey long, but the hiring manager at a subsidiary company quickly recognized her experience was far beyond the role. By early 2016, they took a chance on her and instead hired her as the Executive Assistant to three senior executives: Senior Manager, Head of Touring, and VP of US Management at Three Six Zero, a London and LA based artist management company. Now working under a roster with the likes of Calvin Harris, deadmau5, Frank Ocean, R3HAB, Travis Scott and more at the time, Beren quickly rose to Day to Day manager for artists R3HAB and Kacy Hill. This sparked the interest of then President of Three Six Zero, at which she transitioned into the role of his Executive Assistant and Day to Day Manager for his top client, deadmau5. In 2019, Beren was looking to expand on her knowledge of the industry, when she accepted the role of Artist Project Manager for the US label side of Amuse to fully round out her experience in all facets of the music industry. Now working with brud, she is pushing the limits of music and transformative media.
