Matt is a litigation associate at Yetter Coleman LLP, a trial and appellate boutique located in Houston, Texas. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on patent litigation. Before working at Yetter Coleman, he served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap in the Eastern District of Texas and as an interim clerk for Magistrate Judge Payne. He assisted both judges in managing the busiest patent trial docket in the country and worked on over seven civil trials. Before moving to Texas, Matt practiced with Paul, Weiss in New York City where his practice focused on patent litigation and other high stakes matters. He is admitted to practice in New York, Texas, and various federal courts around the country. Matt obtained his law degree from Columbia Law School, graduating with honors in all three years. He completed his undergraduate education at Emory University, completing majors in European History and Applied Mathematics and graduating with highest honors.
