Tommy Ringhofer
Tommy has 15 years of experience working with talent and talent representatives in the brand space. He plays a crucial role leading the day-to-day operations of KSE’s celebrity talent procurement division. Tommy also heads Ketchum Sounds, Ketchum’s in-house music marketing division. He is responsible for negotiating and managing brand partnerships from endorsements and original content creation to sponsorships and live events. He has spearheaded programs for several brands including Absolut Vodka, Avocados From Mexico, Clorox, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Kleenex, Malibu Rum, Mastercard, Maytag, Michelin, U.S. Cellular, and Wendy’s and aligned them with talent such as Lizzo, Tim Tebow, Darren Criss, Travis Kelce, Lauren Conrad, Onerepublic, Gary Clark, Jr, Anderson, Paak, Little Big Town, NSYNC, Emmitt Smith, Steve Wozniak, Chance the Rapper, and Danny Amendola. Tommy started his career at WME IMG, the world’s leading talent agency, strategizing with artist managers, concert promoters, and venue directors to execute live concert tours, tour sponsorships, and music partnerships. His talent agency experience allows him to provide clients with high value talent research, activation recommendations, and rights counseling. In this role Tommy worked with many high-profile artists including Lady GaGa, Britney Spears, The Eagles, Peter Gabriel, Janet Jackson, Sheryl Crow, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, and Eric Church. Living and working in Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York, Tommy has continued to develop and maintain relationships with high-profile talent, agents, managers, and publicists.
