SJ Murray

SJ Murray (PhD, Princeton) is an EMMY-nominated writer & producer, and executive producer/ showrunner. Her work has played at major film festivals and has been distributed by major distributors like Netflix and PBS (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm6142881/), and she enjoys training future generations of thinkers and media-makers as a tenured professor at Baylor University. In 2018, she was selected as one of the 50 Women transforming the media & entertainment spaces in the US (https://www.50womencan.com/main). She has also won 19 international creative awards for writing and directing social impact and short-form branded content, and is the author of two books, including Basics of Story Design (https://www.basicsofstorydesign.com).
