Michael Palmer

Michael Palmer is a bureaucracy hacker. He leads acquisition strategy activities for the United States Digital Service (USDS) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as USDS tackles digital transformation projects across the agency. Michael has designed and managed over $5 billion in government technology contracts at a variety of agencies and has received awards for acquisition innovation and leadership. Michael recently supported modernization activities in mission areas such as immigration services, emergency management, school safety, and import/export admissibility.
