Mojang Studios’ Chief Brand Officer, Lydia Winters, relocated from Florida to Stockholm to work on Minecraft. With no formal training in the industry, she’s moved through the company fueled by a love of Minecraft and desire to build the brand with authenticity. Joining the company as the 8th employee and first woman, her work on Minecraft has been integral to its success.
