Lily Jampol

Dr. Lily Jampol is the Head of People Science at ReadySet, a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion consulting firm. Lily has a Ph.D in Social Psychology from Cornell and before consulting, Lily was a tenure-track professor in the UK, where she did internationally-recognized and Royal Society/NSF funded research on gender in organizations. As someone who has been through significant career changes (academic to tech startup to D&I consulting) and struggled with finding a values-aligned job, she can advise on how to pivot from a prior career, and find meaning and success in socially responsible work.
