Like most strategic planners Kate is pretty curious by nature. She is fascinated by what motivates us, how we make decisions, and how communications can impact the way we think, feel and behave. With over ten years’ experience in the media and communications industry she has extensive experience in harnessing the power and creativity of communications to incite behaviour change across a vast array of sectors and clients – from global super-brands such as PepsiCo, Johnson and Johnson, Nintendo, Google and Disney, to Government and Non-for profit clients. Currently, Kate is Head of Strategy for OMD EMEA, driving the business, creative and communications strategy for some of the worlds most exciting and influential brands
