After a master's degree in Political Sciences I worked for more than 10 years in advertising. As creative director in McCann-Erickson, I curated the Microsoft communication and launched the first Italian internet brand I joined IBM in 2000, where I have been the head of the IBM Italy Communication Center and Managed the Social Digital Marketing & Brand Systems. In the meantime as Director of Human Centric Solution Center I have had 8 years of experience in emerging techies for aging people and Persons with Disabilities. I have been Smarter City subject matter expert with experience of Ambient Assisted Living technologies to support aging in place and the Internet of Things and the Caring things. In 2014 I left IBM to built the brand and the digital business strategy of In mid 2015 I joined back IBM where today I am Global Digital Creative and Technology Advocate at IBM Accessibility and IBM Research in Cambridge, MA, enabling customers all over the world to accelerate their digital&social transformation within the crucial matters of inclusion of aging and disabled people, fostering diversity as a competitive advantage.
