Jen Begeal

Jen Begeal is a writer and producer who has developed multiple projects on social justice and activism for clients such as Current TV, Verizon Fios, and A&E. She has developed large scale marketing campaigns for entertainment clients including Universal Studios, Disney and Netflix. Jen co-founded StoryCode, the world’s first not-for-profit transmedia education organization and later founded StoryForward NYC, an organization dedicated to the future of storytelling, producing events for New York’s entertainment and technology communities. As a writer Jen has published numerous articles on marketing, transmedia, and digital storytelling. She teaches Transmedia Producing and Digital Storytelling at The New School in New York City. She is currently producing a transmedia project called Red House about missing and murdered Indigenous women with a team of Indigenous producers and co-writers.
