Soh Kim

Soh Kim is leading Food Design Research in Silicon Valley, focusing the future of food, kitchen and restaurant. She also hosts an annual conference called FoodInno Symposium at Stanford (www.foodinno.org) by creating a community of chef, food academics, food start-ups, as well as food companies.
