Catherine Vaughan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Flippable, an organization she founded in 2016 after serving as a campaign operative for Hillary Clinton's team in Ohio. She is also the Chief Strategy Officer of Swing Left.
Prior to her work in politics, Catherine built a career helping nonprofit organizations deliver outsized impact with limited resources. After graduating from Harvard, she led strategy teams at Partners in Health in Rwanda, Teach for America, and the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency. While earning her an MBA at Stanford, Catherine worked with Jeff Raikes, the former CEO of the Gates Foundation, to help other philanthropists find and support high-impact nonprofits. She worked at McKinsey & Company, the global management consulting firm, before joining the Clinton campaign.
