Sky Kelley

Sky Kelley is the founder & CEO of Avisare, a SaaS procurement system for local government agencies and private corporations. Avisare acts as a “LinkedIn” for the supply chain with an ecosystem that helps agencies manage their procurement workflow and vet vendors while helping small & diverse businesses navigate the procurement process and apply for small business certifications. Previously, she was Director of Digital New Product Strategy at Disney and ESPN and prior to that she served as Director of Business Development for Emerging Media Products at AT&T. Sky is a serial entrepreneur with a previous social enterprise start-up that was acquired in 2011.

Sky began her career on Wall Street at UBS Investment Bank in Derivative Sales and Equity Sales-Trading in NY and London. Sky is on the DocuSign Advisory Council, leads the Tech industry council for Time's Up focusing on shareholder activism and inclusive AI, and sits on the board of the Meaning Foundation which helps previously incarcerated men and women find meaningful employment. She resides in Los Angeles.
