Josh has 20 years of experience across digital media, creative direction, and political and corporate communications. His areas of expertise include brand development, rhetoric, semiotics, and behavioral economics. In 2010 he founded Swash Labs, a successful full-service advertising agency in Denton, Texas. Josh is also the founder of Rogue Metrics, a consulting group focused on digital risk.
While earning a Masters Degree from the University of North Texas in political science and behavioral economics, Josh worked as a political risk analyst and open source intelligence analyst for Exclusive Analysis in London, England.
Josh is a regular expert guest on panels and podcasts, and his writing has appeared in publications all over the United States, including Boston's Weekly Dig, Fort Worth Weekly, and Texas Observer. He is a husband, a father, a slow marathoner, and is pretty good at telling stories.
