Most recently, Jen helped scale Lever, a recruiting software startup, from single digits to 150 employees. As Head of People, she led a unique Talent strategy that made Lever a truly special workplace. It's led to "best place to work" awards, and results that were unheard of in Silicon Valley: a 50/50 gender balance, significant representation of Black/Latinx, LGBTQ, parents/caregivers, etc.
Jen's mission is to make meaningful work possible for more people via education and entrepreneurship. This journey has taken her across recruiting, public education reform, career coaching, people ops, and Diversity & Inclusion. She now help startup founders + investors on everything related to org building.
In her spare time, she is glued to her Kindle or identifying/supporting high-potential talent through coaching and mentorship.
