Charlotte Mikkelborg
A relentless innovator, Mikkelborg has been creatively directing critically-acclaimed immersive entertainment since 2015. Currently, Mikkelborg is Series Directing live action series Adventure (Apple TV+ Originals for the Apple Vision Pro).
Lauded by Vice as one of the “female creators revolutionising how we see the world”. Charlotte first gained recognition as a BBC foreign correspondent but has more recently become known for her work directing and producing critically acclaimed film and immersive experiences. Charlotte's work ranges from live action film to live action/CG blended experiences to real time rendered narratives. These experiences have been designed for devices ranging from VR headset to mobile device to interactive dome for leading entertainment, commercial and social impact clients. But what they all have in common is story.
Charlotte is chair of Oxford University's New College Media Committee and also mentors on University College London's Immersive Media MA as well as previously on the Youtube Creator's Lab.
