Ashley uses data to drive business decisions and forecast potential outcomes for strategic initiatives. After working in consumer behavior for nearly a decade, she's used her experience and knowledge to build predictive models, perform statistical analysis and software consulting to improve business in all areas including predicting purchase behavior to customer life-cycle, pricing and operations. She's worked with brands and organizations across the world. However, the work she is most proud of is the commitment she has made to advocate for diversity in science, technology, engineering and mathematics and her work with organizations that strive to increase the exposure of minorities, women and other marginalized groups to STEM fields.
