Alex Coonce

Alex is the Head of People at Ike, a startup developing automation technology to transform the trucking industry. Alex has spent her career building early-stage startups across a variety of industries from energy to technology and in various roles, from strategy and business operations to people and places. She was most recently VP of People & Culture at Glint, an award-winning HR software startup, where she led the team through the company's recent acquisition by LinkedIn.
