Amanda Holloway
Amanda Holloway is Mayo Clinic’s first Director for the Office of Sustainability and played a large part in founding the Office of Sustainability in 2018. She has been employed with Mayo Clinic for 18 years and has held roles as Recycling Coordinator and Section Head in Facilities Operations (overseeing the Section of Waste Management, Recycling, and Environmental Services). In her current sustainability role, Amanda guides sustainability planning and strategy across Mayo Clinic to advance organizational initiatives in energy and waste reduction, water conservation, supply chain practices, the built environment, and employee engagement. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin and earned her bachelor’s degrees in Biology and English from the University of Minnesota – Duluth.
