Fielding Kidd

Fielding Kidd is the Director of Business Partnerships at Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs. Her team is focused on giving startups and entrepreneurs access to Comcast NBCUniversal’s renowned network of partners, brands and mentors to foster rapid breakthroughs in media, entertainment and connectivity. Kidd specifically focuses on connecting startups with business leads across the company to push product innovation at Comcast NBCUniversal.

Previously Kidd was at NBCUniversal where she worked in their innovation lab with emerging technologies and products to better understand how NBCU brands and business could leverage new technologies.

Kidd is from Atlanta, GA, where she attended The Westminster Schools for high school and holds a B.A. Degree in political science from Yale University, where she was the sole captain of the Yale Women’s Lacrosse team. Kidd is still very active with both of her alma maters and volunteers with CityLax to expand the game of lacrosse in New York City.
