Rachael Palmer leads Google’s VC and Startup Partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa as part of its Sand Hill program which is focused on finding and enabling high potential startups.
Prior to Google, Rachael consulted to numerous startups and also held positions at Rackspace working on its startup program and at EY where she led marketing and business development efforts for its world famous Entrepreneur of the Year Program. Rachael has also held positions at American Express and Microsoft where she held a variety of marketing, product management and business development roles.
Rachael received her MBA from The Wharton School with a dual concentration in Strategic Management and Marketing. She received her BSE in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania accompanied by minors in mathematics, psychology and economics.
