Sonic

Originally hailing from the Bay Area, Sonic is an R&B/Soul singer/songwriter living in Brooklyn, NY.. Sonic’s soulfully versatile and dynamic sound is uniquely amplified by the fact that she is profoundly deaf in one ear and partially in the other. She is a former Top 20 Contestant on Season 8 of The Voice, the Co-Founder of Womxyn Amplify, LLC and the headliner of the intimate concert series Sisters Unsigned. She released her first mixtape WAV in 2017, followed by her first Single, the empowering anthem "I Can Be Lonely". In January 2019, she released her first LP "SEASONS" independently and in March, she headlined her first showcase with The Color Agent at SXSW. She is slated to start her first artist residency with National Sawdust this Fall.
