Giles is a UX researcher who brings human-centered insights into perspective for teams of designers, product managers, and engineers who collaboratively develop software products. He has experience conducting US-based and international research that brings consumers, products, and context into focus for stakeholders and business partners.
Applying anthropological methods in industry research, Giles has spent nearly ten years examining and translating messy human experiences in design and marketing organizations. Today, he leads teams that utilize research to build inclusive products that are widely available and, ultimately, add value to users’ lives.
