Abby is a practicing Anthropologist, PhD, and relentless advocate of user-centricity in business strategy and innovation. Her calling card is combining perspectives from anthropology, design and business into frameworks and strategies that help companies improve the human experience. Abby has worked at both top companies and leading-edge startups to drive creative vision and experience strategy, including Ziba Design, projekt202, Chicago Public Radio, Claro Partners and Gensler. Abby also taught university level courses at Lewis & Clark College, Colby College, and the Art Institute of Portland.
