Dr. Llera Pacheco is an expert in border regions with a focus on territorial integration, metropolitan and urban administration processes and urban planning. He also investigates organization, management, government and evaluation processes necessary for the effective development of binational regions, especially those of a city split by a border. He is dedicated to resilient urban growth and on bettering quality of life for border communities and in particular those most disenfranchised. In parallel, Francisco emphasizes the development of models for systematizing territorial integration processes in urban border regions as full professor at Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez and Director of Alianza para el Desarrollo y la Calidad de Vida. A proud Mexican citizen, he enjoys cross-cultural and cross-national collaboration and development.
