Mark Singleton

Mr. Singleton is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the owner of Mark Singleton Investments.
Mr. Singleton guided legislative development from the conceptual stage through the regulatory compliance phase. In the process, he actively engaged advocacy organizations, enforcement authorities, industry leaders, Congress and the United States Senate related to the interstate commerce of government-regulated products. He was directly responsible for increased scrutiny of e-commerce tobacco sales to minors and the related collection of taxes on these products pursuant to the Jenkins Act. The federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, 15,U.S.C. § 375, et seq. became effective June 30, 2010
