Hugh Spearing is the Head of International Creative Marketing at STUDIOCANAL, one of Europe’s leading independent film distributors and producers.

After heading the UK marketing department for over 10 years where he oversaw the marketing campaigns for many releases including Pan's Labyrinth, The Wrestler, A Prophet, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Rush, Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa, Attack The Block, Four Lions, In The Loop, Under The Skin, ‘71, The Imitation Game, Paddington, Shaun The Sheep, High Rise, Legend, Macbeth and Free Fire, he now manages all creative processes for STUDIOCANAL internationally with forthcoming releases including Paddington 2, Aardman’s Early Man, and The Commuter with Liam Neeson.
