Human-centered design, without a disciplined practice of embedding transformational principles, community, and equity, can run the risk of perpetuating oppressive human behaviors which stunt social innovation. In this discussion, panelists will share how they have developed new social innovation design processes that have been foundational to creating peace, liberation and equitable products, programs or initiatives.
