Parental Leave Not Ping Pong: New Parents in Tech

What do millennials want from their employers? Millennials now make up the largest generational cohort in the U.S. workforce, and they’ve waited longer than previous generations to become parents. This panel will discuss how companies should evolve their recruiting, benefits, and workplace practices to support and sustain the more than 2 million millennials becoming new parents each year. How can workplaces better support the shifting gender roles and division of labor at home and work? Join us as we explore the changing expectations around increased paid parental leave, flexible schedules, on-site childcare, as well as emerging ideas around what it means to be a new parent in today’s workforce.
