It only took a blog, countless tacos, 2 libros, a digital series, and now a full-fledged TV show: United Tacos of America, an an epic journey exploring taco life and culture throughout the USA. We hit the road with taco dreams in mind and explored culture, immigrant stories, interviewed taqueros & abuelas, traveled to 8 cities across the U.S. with a small but mighty production team. Being our first run on making a tv show, we learned a lot, from making the budget "work," to finding characters and taco spots, telling immigrant stories with respect and opening up hearts and minds on why tacos are every part of the American experience.
