The presence of women in any industry provides balance and perspective. Industries that create barriers for access simply don’t thrive to their full potential. Areas of impact of women specific to cannabis are; ( safe access, harm reduction and social responsibility). Kiah is aware that the canna industry is not unlike other industries in not being organically women friendly. However, she understands that key differentiator in both technology & cannabis is that women who are deliberate and intentional in leveraging their impact don’t wait to be included.
