Multi-Purpose Jelly Food: From Emergency to Gastronomy

Gone are the days where gummy soft foods are only for children and the elderly--In 2020, gummy foods are used for everything from molecular gastronomy to the emergency room. In 2019, the first prototype for jelly-sake was debuted at SXSW, and since then there have been numerous advancements in the study of jelly foods.
